一、注重集体备课的规范性、科学性、时效性

课堂是教师教、学生学的最重要的阵地。我们认为在高三复习过程中，基础知识复习课，专题复习课和讲评课这三种课型是落实教学内容的关键所在。只有落实好这三种课型，并使之优化，我们才能真正地落实好高三的复习教学。因此，我们特别重视这三种课型的课。
1.基础知识复习课
第一轮的基础知识复习侧重帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识，重点是词汇、语法。一轮复习尽管还是按照高一、高二各单元课编排的顺序进行,但是它不同于同步学习。它是一个对所学知识进行归纳整理,找到它们之间的内在联系和区别的过程，在复习过程中，我们尽量要做到将新课程标准与考纲的要求同课本结合起来,以“纲”为握,注重知识的横向联系,避免单一性,做到以点带面,点面结合,注意不受课本内容限制,挖掘词汇的内涵意义，找出它们的内在联系。比如，通过构词法进行单词复习，还有通过同义词、反义词的内辐射来复习，对词汇围绕某一核心词进行归类复习，通过图表比较复习等等。第一轮复习也是学生进行查漏补缺的方式。每复习一单元，我们都要求学生对自己没掌握的单词、词组、句型和语法进行一一摘记，让学生把厚书变为薄本。这样复习起来方便、快捷、高效。
2.专题复习课
专题复习一般是紧接在第一轮复习之后的有针对性的强化复习，它既不同于以全面复习知识、方法、夯实基础为目的的第一轮复习，也不同于以综合训练为主提高应试能力的第三轮复习，而是就某块知识或某些方法、热点问题为专项的复习。专题复习起着承上启下的作用，具有举足轻重的地位，它既是对单元教学成果的巩固，又是对学科内知识的综合深化，是使知识系统化形成能力的关键环节，同时又为第三轮的综合训练进行了必要的知识和能力储备。

如何学好英语
1、记单词
你是怎么记单词的?用眼睛看，然后用脑子记住字母顺序，然后记住汉语的意思，这就记住了吗?其实没记住!
你所谓的记忆，叫做“瞬间记忆”，很快就会消失得无影无踪，而且有很多相似单词会互相干扰，那就忘得更快了。学习语言，我们要像婴儿学习方法。婴儿记忆单词，运用的是耳朵和嘴巴，而你学习，靠的是眼睛。
记单词正确的做法是肌肉记忆训练，把读音记录在嘴巴和耳朵的肌肉里，因为英语是一种会说就会写的语言，跟汉语大不一样。汉语的拼音和写法是分开的，而英语的拼写只记录读音。汉字是图画转化来的，文盲也会说话，会说话的却不一定识字。英语的字母是按照读音排列组合的，知道读音，基本就会写了。
记单词—集中学习
集中时间板块进行单词记忆，每天定时定量有目标执行。
第一步：听读。可以采用先听后读，边听边读或者先读后听。头两种不用解释，都是跟着标准音进行练习和记忆的过程。最后一种先读后听，即根据音标先读单词，然后点开语音进行比对，找到自己发音的问题，用思辨的方法来看待单词记忆。
第二步：复习。重复以上步骤

整块时间记单词需要意志力顽强并有极高的自控力，而分散学习不需要调动太多意志力，能够更快的掌握更多的单词。建议随身携带一个迷你笔记本，将单词写在上面，只要有时间就拿出来读一读。这些单词见多了，自然而然就产生感情，想忘也忘不掉。
2、学语法
语法不是背出来的，应该通过汉语比对，将两种语言结合起来，通过对比、比较的方法进行学习。在这里，从幼儿开始浸泡式的全英文学习，或一直视英文为母语学习的爱好者不在讨论范围，我们考虑的是大多数人的现实问题。
英语中的基本句型
汉语句型自由而多样，英语有五种句子形式：
主谓 the sun rises.
主谓宾 he enjoys reading.
主系表 i am starving. the dinner smells good.
主谓双宾 she ordered herself a new dress. i gave them some pictures.
主谓宾宾补 we keep the house clean. i tell them to protect the environment.
例如，i gave them some pictures. 同样一句话，我们汉语说起来要自由很多，可以说“我给他们一些照片，我把照片给他们。”英语就不可以，只能根据不同的动词来表达。
