在国际商务买卖的过程主要分为询盘、发盘、还盘、接受四个环节，其过程中最重要的便是商务信函的书写，我们这次实习中主要对发盘的过程进行了练习。在老师的帮助下对发盘的发虚盘、发实盘的信函实例进行分析与解读和翻译，并对一些内容进行书写练习，使我们掌握了英文信函的书写方式、提升了书写技巧。
（三）商务谈判
在看完有关商务谈判的视频后，在老师的指导下，我们根据视频中的谈判，对其谈判的案例进行分析。全面了解了谈判的类型、谈判时的重要因素、谈判时注意的问题及谈判时的信息搜索。谈判对于商务进行是不可缺少的部分，充分了解谈判的过程和技巧便更一步的促进了合作关系的达成。
（四）进出口贸易信函的分析和书写
根据多篇的进出口贸易信函的阅读及分析。对信函的英汉互译，这不仅对我们英语知识的提高，而且认识了进出口贸易信函书写的方式，在我们多次的练习中提升了写作技巧，更为以后的工作节约了时间。
（五）商务报告
搜索最近发生的经济事件，对事件进行分析与总结，并详写了我们自己的观点。让我们看事件来分析问题，曾进的不只是我们的观点，更是我们对问题分析的能力。最后我们的这项实习任务，用英文的格式练习书写了我们自己的简历，及招聘广告的书信。现在的社会大发展，英文已离不开我们的生活，这样的实习巩固的是我们的课程，也为我们以后的工作提供了极大的方便。
实习是走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，也对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。在短暂两周的实习过程中，既有收获也有遗憾。通过这次实习，加深了我对商务英语的基本知识的理解，丰富了实际操作知识，认识到要学好商务英语既要注重理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。

今年暑假注定是忙碌而充实的，因为学校和思修课的要求，我们需要进行暑假的社会实践活动，可以选择调研活动，也可以选择在暑假期间外出打工。我选择了打工。本来我打算到我姐姐介绍的苏宁电器去做接线小姐，但由于我们放假放得实在是太晚了，这份工作就被别人抢去了。没办法，我只好靠我妈妈的关系，进到她所在的公司上班。因为是私人企业，老板是我的舅舅，所以我分配到的工作相比其他来公司实践的学生要轻松些。舅舅的公司做的是出口贸易，生产赛马用的马具出口到香港，英国等赛马十分流行的地方。我所做的工作就是给已经生产好的产品贴上标签，清点后装箱。虽然简单，却十分重要，因为这是所有生产环节中的最后一环，出了一点差错就会影响出货进度，我必须兢兢业业才能避免出错。
其实每天贴标签，装箱也是很枯燥无味的，我也在工作之余向我妈妈发过牢骚，但这不就是工作吗？即使以后我踏上了真正的工作岗位，认了一个职务之后，每天所要做的也不过就是一样的事情。一样的工作，不一样的是心态。心态调整好了，每天都充满干劲儿，若是心态没有到达最佳状态，就没有继续下去的动力。
其实我的专业是商务英语，我本以为做了这份工作我是接触不到与我专业有关的事的。但巧的是，舅舅公司里的英语翻译一职在这一阶段真好空缺，而出口贸易总得和外国人打交道，所以我这唯一学英语的大学生就顺理成章的暂代了英语翻译的职位。虽然一开始时外国公司发来的全英文的电子邮件需要花费掉我很长的时间来理解，但随着日子的推移，我与外国公司经理的msn交流也顺利了许多。当我得知通过我和外国公司的交流顺利达成几笔交易的时候，内心的喜悦之情瞬间膨胀，兴奋得快要飘起来的感觉真的难以形容的美妙！通过自己的劳动种出的果实总是格外香甜。
短暂又难忘的实践旅程就像白驹过隙般，飞速而逝，而这其间的感受也像五味瓶——酸甜苦辣咸一应俱全，在每日紧张充实的工作环境中不觉间已经走过了一个月，回首这一个月的实践活动，我的内心充满着激动，也有着无限的感慨。
这次的暑假实践让我对今后就业工作有了以下几点认识：
一、在社会上要善于与别人沟通。经过一段时间的工作让我认识更多的人。如何与别人沟通好，这门技术是需要长期的练习。以前我从没有与他人一起工作的经验，使我与别人对话时不会应变，谈话时有冷场，这是很尴尬的。与同事的沟通也同等重要。人在社会中都会融入社会这个团体中，人与人之间合力去做事，使其做事的过程中更加融洽，更事半功倍。别人给的意见要听取，耐心、虚心地接受。
二、在社会中要有自信。自信不是麻木的自夸，而是对自己的能力做出肯定。没有社会工作经验没有关系。重要的是认同自己的能力不比别人差。社会工作经验也是积累出来的，没有第一次又何来第二、第三次呢？有自信就能使自己更有活力更有精神。
三、在社会中要克服自己胆怯的心态。开始放假的时候，知道要打假期工时，就有些害怕了。自己觉得困难挺多，社会经验缺乏，学历不足等种种原因使我觉得自己很渺小，懦弱就这样表露出来。几次的尝试就是为克服自己内心的恐惧。如妈妈所说的“在外面你就要学会厚脸皮，不怕别人的态度如何的恶劣，轻松应付，大胆与人对话，工作时间长了你自然就不怕了。”其实有谁一生下来就什么都会的，小时候天不怕地不怕，尝试过吃了亏就害怕，当克服心理的障碍，那一切都变得容易处理了。战胜自我，只有征服自己才能征服世界。有勇气面对才是关键，勇气通往天堂，怯懦通往地狱。
