从学生的兴趣、能力和需要出发,结合学生的生活经验,遵循学生的生理、心理及审美认知规律,提供感音乐、表现音乐、创造音乐及学习音乐文化知识的机会,为学生终生学习和音乐审美素质的可持续发展奠定基础。

以音乐课程价值的实现为依据,通过教学及各种生动的音乐实践活动,培养学生爱好音乐的情趣,发展音乐感受与鉴赏能力、表现能力和创造能力,提高音乐文化素养,丰富情感体验,陶冶高尚情操。

1. 组织学校的合唱队。合唱队成员由音乐教师在各班级挑选,在声乐方面有特长的同学参加,或采取自愿报名等,每周活动一次,每周一下午第三节课下课后由辅导老师组织训练。主要训练学生统一发音位置,练习合理呼吸,咬字吐字清晰,声音独立稳定。练习曲以简到难,有小到大,循序渐进,并吸收新成员。

2. 组织学校的器乐队。器乐队成员由音乐教师挑选在乐器方面有一定基础的同学参加,每周一下午第三节课下课后由辅导老师组织训练。乐队要在上学期的基础上,进一步训练音准,并掌握多种常用曲调,合奏多首小乐曲。

一、指导思想

为用心参与全国礼貌城市建立,深入推进学校课程改革,促进学生的全面发展,按照市教育局关于推进“乡村少年宫”建设的相关文件精神,大规模、争实效、创特色地开展乡村学校少年宫活动。

二、组织机构

三、活动目标

1.发展兴趣特长。透过开设多个小组的活动,让学生能够根据自我的兴趣和爱好,自主地选取地科技、编织、书画、歌舞等方面的活动,以发展他们的爱好和特长。

2.促进身心发展。透过组织学生参加有益的文娱、体育活动,获得科学的休憩,使他们生活愉快,身心健康。

3.培养多元潜力。透过引导学生自我去组织、去实践、去探索,培养他们的各种潜力和创造性地解决问题的才干。

4.带给展示舞台。透过组织学生参加多种实践活动,让学生获得更多展示的平台,增强自信心和表现力,为他们掌握课内基础知识带给广阔的智力背景。

5.丰富校园文化。透过引导学生参加富有教育好处的活动,使他们受到良好的思想品德教育,从而到达丰富校园文化的目的。

五、活动要求

1.辅导老师要制订全学期授课计划,认真备课,耐心辅导,认真上课,全面关心爱护学生。要充分利用学生兴趣爱好的心理优势,多讲多练,耐心指导,努力提高学生的专业技能水平。

2.辅导老师对本组的工作负总责。务必管理组织教育好学生遵礼貌守纪,讲究卫生,使学生在提高专业技能水平的同时,同步提高思想道德素质和礼貌行为素质。

3.各活动小组要做好活动前的点名工作,对缺席学生要问清原因做好记载,并及时与班主任联系。

4。要抓住机遇和创造条件,使学生有机会参加各级各类的竞赛活动让他们有一显身手的机会,并力争取得优异成绩。

5.学校定期检查活动状况,各小组要根据学校的安排定时定点开展活动,有明确的训练任务,确保活动顺利开展。

六、考核评比

学期末学校将对活动开展的状况考核评估一次。评估的主要依据:

(1)活动备课本;

(2)课外活动的成果;

(3)教师、学生的评价。

对于在活动辅导中成绩突出的教师,由学校期末予以奖励。在活动中有突出成绩的学生由班主任推荐,期末学校给予奖励。

七、安全须知

1.班主任在活动前要做好学生的安全教育:

(1)学生服从班主任与辅导教师的安排进行活动。

(2)活动过程中讲礼貌有礼貌,互相谦让,不为一点小事吵闹,有事报告班主任或带队教师。

(3)不玩有危险因素的游戏。

(4)不能擅自离开活动场地,有事先请假。

(5)上下楼梯要有秩序,不奔跑、拥挤。

2.辅导教师对小组学生要进行全程管理,做到活动时光不离开本班指定地点。

3.值日教师加强校园安全巡视,以保证学生活动的安全。

4.如有安全事故,应立刻采取应急措施,并在第一时光向校领导汇报。
