亲子活动方案主题篇一

1、将游戏者分成红、黄、蓝三队,分别由家长和孩子合作。

2、家长背起孩子,孩子手上拿着各队小旗,口令起,家长背着孩子从起点出发,跑到对面将旗传给下一组家庭,接到小旗的家庭,方能起跑。

3、不准抢跑,如被背者中途滑下,应在掉下处背好继续跑,否则判失败。

4、每个队伍分两支小分队进行接力。

5、最快接力结束的一组将获得5个积分卡,第二名4个积分卡,第三名3个积分卡。

游戏2:《袋鼠跳》

1、每轮分三组,分别由孩子和家长合作,家长和孩子站在各自的袋子里,家长的一边手牵着孩子的手,各自抓紧自己的袋子,口令起,从起点跳到终点,先到者获胜,可用积分的形 式。

2、必须人和袋不分离,家长的手和孩子的手要牵着到达终点。

3、如跳到中途袋子脱落,应把袋子拉好再继续跳,不能脱袋跳,否则判失败。

游戏3:《过河拆桥》

1、每轮分三组,分别由家长和孩子合作,孩子站在呼啦圈里,口令起, 家长把呼啦圈拿起绕过孩子的头再扔到前面,孩子往前跳,依次这样,先到终点者获胜。可用积分的形式。

2、呼啦圈一定要绕过孩子的头,而且孩子必须是跳到呼啦圈里,不能走或跨到圈里,不能脱圈跳,否则判失败。

(一)热身----大树与松鼠

活动目的:活跃气氛打破僵局

材料:无

时间:5-10分钟

活动程序:

1.事先分组,三人一组。二人扮大树,面对对方,伸出双手搭成一个圆圈;一人扮松鼠,并站在圆圈中间;培训师或其它没成对的学员担任临时人员。

2.教师喊“松鼠”,大树不动,扮演“松鼠”的人就必须离开原来的大树,重新选择其他的大树;培训师或临时人员就临时扮演松鼠并插到大树当中,落单的人应表演节目。

3.教师喊“大树”,松鼠不动,扮演“大树”的人就必须离开原先的同伴重新组合成一对大树,并圈住松鼠,培训师或临时人员就应临时扮演大树,落单的人应表演节目。

4.教师喊“地震”,扮演大树和松鼠的人全部打散并重新组合,扮演大树的人也可扮演松鼠,松鼠也可扮演大树,培训师或插其他没成对的人亦插入队伍当中,落单的人表演节目。

(二)主题活动

活动名称----盲行之风雨人生路

活动目的:

增进亲子之间的感情,父母与子女互换角色,体验彼此换位后的感觉。通过角色互换增进彼此之间的了解。材料:绳子、木头、瓶子等障碍若干活动步骤:

1.工作人员先在场地上用绳子布置障碍

2.以家庭为单位组队,一对亲子一组(由父母与子女中各挑选任意一人参加)

3.多组同时参加(根据现场道具决定上场的组数)

4.首先用黑布将子女的眼睛蒙上,开始时父母牵着子女的手从场地的启始点开始往终点行进,其间父母要带领子女在自己的话语的指导下绕过各种障碍到达终点,然后父母返回起始点并用话语指导子女如何绕过障碍物从终点走回起始点。

5.父母子女角色互换,让父母蒙上黑布,由子女牵引父母行进,重复以上的步骤,直到最后一组成员会到起始点,活动结束

6.各组成员分享自己的活动感受。

7.分享结束,让子女拥抱父母,并对他们说我爱你或感想。

8.领导者,有时候亲人之间并不缺少爱,缺少的可能只是一种沟通,在活动中父母与子女通过彼此的互换角色从而站在对方的角度上思考问题,子女更加深刻的体会到作为家长的艰辛与不易,使他们懂得珍惜那份爱,父母也可从中体会到多花些时间与子女沟通多了解了解子女的感受或许比一味的给与要来的更重要。

作为家长,当看着自己的子女一个人穿越障碍时是什么样的'心情呢?(焦急但只能间接的帮助他们,该放手让他们自己独立成长呢,还是继续给予子女无限的关怀,孩子将来的路还是得靠他们自己来走)

小学亲子运动会

为了展现我校师生良好的精神面貌,丰富校园文化生活,增强学生体质,增进家校沟通合作,将我校办成一所协调、绿色、开放的幸福学校,特举办此次运动会。

时间:20xx年x月12日,星期五

地点:学校操场

a组:六年级2个班、五年级2个班

b组:四年级2个班、三年级3个班

c组:二年级2个班、一年级2个班

1、摸石头过河(1-6年级)

2、大脚板 (1-6年级)

3、投掷套圈 (1-6年级)

4、珠行万里 (1-6年级)

5、颗粒归仓 (1-6年级)

按竞赛日程安排进行。

1、摸石头过河、投掷套圈、颗粒归仓、大脚板:各参赛班级选出男、女选手各4名及学生家长参加比赛。

2、大脚板:每组学生、老师、家长各一名(或家长两名)。

3、珠行万里:各班选出学生、家长、老师计20名参加比赛,比赛分两组,每组学生4名,家长4名,老师2名。

【项目一】摸石头过河

【比赛方法】

每个运动员3块木砖,放在起点线后沿,听到裁判员发出“各就位”口令后,运动员两脚站在两块砖上,当裁判员发令后,运动员即可起动,提起左脚(左右脚可自定),用手拿起另一块砖头,并放置前方(距离自定),左脚踏上前方砖头,提起右脚,用手拿起原右脚踏的一块砖并放至到前方(距离自定),这样依此前进,直至最后一块砖头用手拿起人出终点线。途中如有脚落地,判为犯规。赛程为20米,最后,以用时最少和犯规次数来决定胜负。

【比赛规则】

队员2人组成(学生、家长各1人,男女不限)迎面接力。器材:3块木砖。

【项目二】大脚板

【比赛方法】

大脚板项目要求所有参赛队员在一片空旷的大场地上,由1名学生、1名家长、1名教师(或1名学生、2名家长)共3人组成一个团队,3名队员两脚分别踩着两根长的木板,按照裁判的命令前进,两块木板就是鞋子,团队成员同时站在木板鞋子上行走直至目的地,两木板同时压线即可。赛程为20米,用时最少者获胜。

【比赛规则】

队员由 3人组成(男女不限)。 器材:两块大脚板。

【项目三】颗粒归仓

【比赛方法】

参赛队员手拿一个沙包(或垒球)站在投掷线后,距投掷线3-5米一人手持(学生面向投掷者,家长背向投掷者)一个纸篓(或小桶),学生面向投掷者。比赛开始,手持沙包(或垒球)的队员依次将手中10个沙包(或垒球)投向纸篓(或小桶),然后交换。最后,以投进纸篓(或小桶)的数量多少和犯规与否来决定胜负。

【比赛规则】

比赛由学生及家长共同完成,必须站在投掷线后完成所有投掷动作,踩线视为犯规,判该次投掷无效。

【项目四】珠行万里

【比赛方法】

选出一名队员站到起点线上放球,其余队员手拿pvc管一个一个连接并且排成一条直线;双手拿住pvc管两端1/3处;手指不允许阻挡球前进或者后退;手指不允许伸到pvc管上方;每名队员在球经过之后迅速的跑到排尾继续按要求接球,直到把球运送到指定的桶中;球只允许前进,不允许后退或停止。

【比赛规则】

1.比赛进行中球不能脱离pvc管,否则从从起点重新开始。

2.在跑动过程中不要跑的过快,注意脚下和撞到其他学员。

3.比赛由学生、家长、教师计10人组成。

【项目五】投掷套圈

【比赛方法】

玩法是在2米×2米的正方形场地内,从起套线1.5米处起放9个瓶子,间隔距离为纵向0.5米、横向0.5米。比赛时每人持 10个圈,投10次,投中1次计1分,未投中计0分。参赛队员脚踏或超过起套线为犯规,投中无效。根据队员套中分值的总和计算,分数高者名次列前,如总成绩相等,学生分值最高者列前。

【比赛规则】

比赛由学生及家长共同完成,每人投掷10个套圈。

1.各项比赛按年级不分男、女组,按成绩各取前三名予以奖励,“珠行万里”按成绩取前二名予以奖励。

2.另设“体育道德风尚奖”若干名。
