调动学生积极性，让学生真正成为课堂的主人，是新课标的重要特点。几位老师在上课的时候注重学生能力的培养，注重主体参与。这节课互动模式多样，激起了同学们对英语学习的兴趣，营造了宽松，民主，和谐的教与学的氛围。印象最深的是王老师讲的my home这一课，课堂一始，王老师带动学生们一起做了“switch ”游戏，刚开始学生们和老师配合的不是很融洽，可能是彼此之间不熟悉，或者是学生对老师的课堂用语不习惯，感觉学生参与得不是很积极。还好，老师非常地有激情，很快就与学生融为一块，课堂活跃，学生学习积极性逐渐提高，让学生真正成了课堂的主人，效果非常好。所以教师在每个教学环节中对孩子的要求一定要清楚明确，难易适中。只有孩子清楚的知道自己应该干什么时，才有可能干好这件事；而问题太难孩子会无从下手，太容易又没意义，这都会打击孩子的积极性。
二、教师自身的良好素质是上好一堂课的重要前提和基本保证。
三位老师的课都充分表现了这点，无论是从上课技巧还是老师的自身素质来讲，都体现了几位老师的专业素质。比如说，王老师这节课的构思，她就很好地把let’s talk 中的难点很容易的展现并让学生轻松学会运用。并让学生在非常轻松愉快的情景中学习语言，并且设计了多种任务来完成句子到对话的学习。王老师把先把对话中的重点句子挑出来，以简单的问答会话方式教学，这样就不会让学生学得那么累，而且学生很容易就掌握了。
听课中我发现几位老师基本有以下几个共同特点：1、口语流利，发音准确。只有做到这一点，才能保证学生对课程的理解从而学到正确的知识，地道的语言；2、善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学，使学生接触到的知识更立体，更直观，更生动；3、教态亲切，表情丰富，充满激情。在课堂上能轻松，活泼，潇洒地进行授课，富有艺术性；4、有扎实的英语基础知识作为后盾，词汇丰富，课堂充实。
通过这次听课，让我们开阔了眼界，看到了自己的不足。同时我对自己也提出了许多问题去思考，怎样让自己的语言更优美？怎样让孩子们喜欢上英语课？怎样培养孩子们的英语口语表达能力？相信通过自己的不断努力，一定能拉近距离，不断进步。

接着石陈杰上来了，也通关了，就剩下一个名次了，会是谁呢？好期待哦！这时包卓群上来了，没想到她这次失败了，又轮到李晟了，可同学们一点都不希望他赢，都说：“李晟失败，李晟失败！”你怎么结交了一群这样的朋友啊，真的很薄情寡义哎。唉！李晟啊！你怎么能败在他们的手里呢！
